IMU's Open Day: Student Helpers Needed

Dear friends, 

IMU will be organising its annual Open Day, details as be shown below: 

Date: 15 Jan 2012 (Sun)

Time: 9.30 am – 4.30 pm

We need 100 student helpers to help out for various activities running on that day including ushers, student forum, counselling hall, activity by depts and campus tour.

FYI, the student helpers will be paid RM30 for full day, and RM15 for half day. Lunch will also be provided.

We'll need your:

- programme

- name

- batch

- i.c/passport number

- student ID

- contact number

- food preference (vege/non-vege)

- full day/half day

Once we collect all this info we will email it all at once to the organizer.
