IMS Score Sheet

I have been informed that each Group eg: A1, A2.. D3, D4 etc has to send up their own name list together with their CDs on Monday to Ms Poh Yee.

The name list should include details of who are doing which case and who are the presenters for the overall theme. The name list should be listed based on cases instead of following your ID numbers as in the Groupings list.

In total there should be 16 sheets: A1-4, B1-4, C1-4, D1-4, and all names in the each group should be included.

Here's an example:
