"It begins with me" pre-awareness event aims to raise HIV/AIDS awareness among IMU students in conjunction with World AIDS Day (1st Dec), to get the latest news surrounding HIV and AIDS prevention, education, treatment, and care, as well as to obtain the updated scenario of HIV and AIDS from a clinical and psychosocial perspective.
IMU CrusAIDSers co-organizes this event with MSD, Malaysian AIDS Council, and Malaysian Society for HIV Medicine on 11th of December (Saturday) from 9am to 1pm at LT3. The practicing doctors will reveal the latest treatment for HIV patients. Besides, the Actors Studio will perform a sketch!
The admission is FREE. On top of that, goodie bags will be given and lunch will be provided.
