CPR Cert Issues

Heloo..

It seems there were some issues regarding the CPR certs, thus i was told by AAD to compile a list of names of persons who have problems regarding the certs eg: name spelling error, have not receive ur certs yet. Please pass me your name and ID by the end of this week.
