hey batch reps,
 
First of all, i like to wish you all a HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!!!!!! =D im representing the imu ball committee. my name is Pei Jie. Iam here to ask you do me a few favours. is it alright??? =D
 
Firstly, IMU BALL is coming UP and the date,venue,price and theme have been finalize. 
 
Venue: Royale Chulan Hotel, Kuala Lumpur
Date  : 2nd April 2011
Price  : RM 130+++ nett
Time  : 6.30pm - 11.30pm
Theme: FLIGHT DE FANTAISIE
 
can you help me announce this to your batch???? and  help me to check how many people is willing to come or wants to come. try giving them one day to think about it and get the answer the next day. for those batches that are still having holidays, you can put it up at the batch blog and have voting system to see how many is willing to come. Can you guys get back to me by the latest next monday (21/2/2011)???? thank you for your co-operation cause this is crucial in making the ball a success.
 
 
secondly, for all graduating batches ( batches which are leaving imu this year!!!!) pls pls come up with a committee that is in-charge of the batch magazine and the batch video?!?!! thanks.. this is also a crucial part to make the ball a memorable and success one!!! thanks
 
 
thirdly, SPREAD THE WORDS!!!! IMU GOT TALENT IS COMING UP!!!! =D announce to all ur batches!!! thanks!!
 
 
lastly, PROM KING AND QUEEN!!!! each graduating batches are suppose to send ONLY ONE GUY AND GIRL to compete!! so decide the best lady and gentleman.. =D
