Student Satisfaction Survey (SSS) 2010

Dear Students,

Please be informed that the university is holding its annual Student Satisfaction Survey for the year 2010 from 27 August 2010 to 8 December 2010.

The purpose of the survey is to gauge the satisfaction level of the students on the support services offered by the university. Over the years, the support services have grown leaps and bounds and it is very important for the IMU to further explore the students' opinions and fed into the quality plan for the university.

To ensure that all students have the opportunity to rate the support services, a schedule has been prepared for individual cohort to come to the E-Lab and answer the survey. All students ARE REQUIRED to fill in the survey and the response rate per cohort will be monitored. Remember that one of the responsibilities of a student is to provide evaluations of their education for quality improvement purposes.
